Two Little Duckies

Hello, crafty friends! Hoping onto the blog real quick to share my latest creation which features one of my favorite clear stamp sets from Gerda Steiner Designs called the "Lucky Duck". I've been wondering how to make a use of a duck which is turned back to us and is looking at something up high, and a couple of days ago it struck me that this little cutie would perfectly fit into Valentine's Day card. So here is what I came up with:

Two little duckies enjoying the sunset and first stars in the evening sky. Isn't they lovely?

Gerda Steiner February Challenge - Jump Rope Bunny

Hello, everyone! I am stopping by today to share my very first pop-up box card featuring a couple of lovely images from Gerda Steiner Designs. The idea to make this project came to me when I received a February image for Gerda Steiner's Monthly Progressive Challenge. I thought that it would be a great idea to include lots of different critters into one card for my sweet little boy to get to know them better. And here is what I came up with:

Here is how the box card looks from other sides as well:

I had a lot of fun while doing this project and think it turned out pretty good.
At least my little one already enjoys playing with it:)

I would like to submit this pop-up box card to Guest Design Call hosted by the amazingly talented Gerda Steiner. Hope on to her blog for more details.

Sending Love

Hello, everyone! I am stopping by today to share a new Valentine's Day card which was inspired by the current Lawnscaping Challenge "Sending Love". For this challenge, I've decided to reproduce the same background I've created on my last card. I must admit that this time it turned out to be even better. Two lovely dolphins from Lawn Fawn "Critters In The Sea" perfectly completed the scene. And here is what I came up with:

Hope you've enjoyed today's card! Have a nice day and thanks so much for stopping by!

I'm A Lucky Duck To Have You

Hello, crafty friends! Today, I've got a card for you which was inspired by Joyce Nakaoka's cards featuring Gerda Steiner Designs stamp set Lucky Duck. When I first saw Joyce's cards I simply fell in love with them. That was exactly the scene I wanted to reproduce on one of my Valentine's cards. So I gave it a try and here is how my creation turned out:

I ended up with more intense colors for the sunset, but I guess that's just exactly what I like about my card. Hope my hubby will enjoy it as well:)

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a nice day and see you here in a couple of days!
